Confirmed: from "Avatar" four continue. In 2018, 2020, 2022 and 2023 years

Invincible "Avatar", since 2009 - that is now 7 years old - ranked first in the list of highest-grossing films of all time, will receive not one, not two, but four sequels (!).

The exhibition CinemaCon-2016 today, April 14, James Cameron has officially announced that it plans to withdraw the continuation of "Avatar" in four parts - the first of which will be in theaters in December 2018.

Cameron is preparing to fans of the original "Avatar," the biggest in the history of Christmas present - new movies, which, according to the director, together form a complete saga will come out every two years at Christmas. The first part will be released in 2018, the second - in 2020, "Avatar 4" hits theaters in 2022, and the fifth and final part of the franchise - in 2023.
